ABOUTÂ ME
Raised in Indiana, Anna graduated with magna cum laude from Miami University with her B.S. in kinesiology and went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Illinois at Chicago.

Anna has worked as an outpatient physical therapist treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions in both youth and adults. She enjoys treating patients across the entire lifespan and is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, and traveling.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No, you may be evaluated by, and receive treatment from, a physical therapist without a referral. The Board of Physical Therapy in the state of Indiana does require a referral from your physician to continue treatment after 42 days. I am happy to work with you and your physician in order to obtain the referral.

WHAT DOES MOBILE THERAPY MEAN?
Mobile therapy means that I come to you - whether it is in the comfort of your home, in your office, or at your gym! Being mobile allows for:
Less driving time to/from appointments
No time spent in waiting rooms
Decreases caregiver burden for family members who must drive loved ones to appointments
Improves privacy
Less exposure to illnesses and COVID-19
Assists with carryover of home exercise program.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
No, I do not accept any health insurance policy or third party payer at this time. By forgoing insurance, I believe I am able to offer the best possible care that is individualized to your specific condition, situation, and goals.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I charge a flat rate of $150 for the initial evaluation and $120 for 60 minute treatment sessions. Currently, I accept cash or checks and payment is required at the time of service.
